Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our corporate team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data related to dry eye conditions, contributing valuable insights to enhance our testing procedures and patient care. Your expertise in data analysis will support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from dry eye testing procedures and patient records.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to enhance our understanding of dry eye conditions

  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement data collection protocols.

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights into the effectiveness of testing procedures.

  • Contribute to the development of statistical models to predict and prevent dry eye conditions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into decision-making processes.

  • Stay current with advancements in data analytics and incorporate best practices into our testing protocols.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives by ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or medical testing environment.

  • Bonus: Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations PIPEDA is a plus.

  • Experience in visualizing data using tools like Tableau or Power BI is a bonus.
