Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As the Educational Outreach Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing educational programs to raise awareness about dry eye conditions, prevention, and the importance of preventative approaches. You will be collaborating and scheduling with news and media outlets. Your passion for eye health and effective communication skills will play a crucial role in promoting corporate engagement and understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs and workshops on dry eye conditions, testing procedures, and preventive measures.

  • Collaborate with news, media, corporations and healthcare providers to promote awareness of dry eye health.

  • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and workshops to provide information on the importance of regular dry eye testing.

  • Create engaging educational materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote educational events through various channels.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand outreach efforts.

  • Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve and refine educational programs.

  • Stay informed about developments in eye health and dry eye testing to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing educational programs, preferably in healthcare or community outreach.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.

  • Ability to organize and execute events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling educational materials.

  • Knowledge of eye health, dry eye conditions, and testing methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
