Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optometry Technician with expertise in dry eye testing to join our dynamic team for in office group corporate testing screenings. As a Dry Eye Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye assessment services to our clients, with a focus on diagnosing  dry eye conditions. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our eye care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dry eye assessments and diagnostic tests on clients using advanced equipment and technology.

  • Educate and communicate with clients on dry eye conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and treatment plans.

  • Stay informed about advancements in dry eye testing and treatment methodologies. 

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited optometry technician program is preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Optometry Technician with a focus on dry eye testing.

  • Experience in using advanced diagnostic equipment for dry eye assessments.

  • Strong knowledge of ocular anatomy, physiology, and dry eye treatments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and data entry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
